I’ve spent my career helping ambitious, PE and VC-backed businesses navigate growth and change. As a Chief People Officer and senior People leader, I’ve worked closely with founders and executive teams at companies including 9fin, Stuart, Gett, Arrival, WeWork and CloudKitchens.
I’ve seen first-hand how exciting and demanding building a business can be, particularly when things aren’t going to plan. I love being in the thick of it, working through tough challenges with leaders and finding a way forward when the answers aren’t immediately clear.
Through The Equotient, I bring that experience to businesses facing their own challenges. I work alongside leaders to get to the heart of what’s holding them back and help them build organisations that work better.
